Carlos M. Humphrey

Born in Mexico City and of Scottish descent, Mr. Humphrey graduated with honors and was an Ignacio Burgoa Orijuela Diploma recipient at Mexico's prestigious National University School of Law. He also holds a Masters Degree (LLM) from Widener University's School of Law in Finance and Corporate Laws.
Beginning his career as an associate at the international banking and finance law firm of Ritch, Heather & Muller, Mr. Humphrey went on to work with midsize and Fortune 500 companies to expand their telecommunications, international business development and chemical management operations into Latin America.
A guest lecturer at several universities and international organizations, he has written papers on international commercial arbitration, international choice of law, and the sale of US-restricted securities in Mexico.
Mr. Humphrey is fluent in Spanish and English, is a member of the Mexican College of Lawyers and the Mexican Bar Association, co-founder of the Antonio Carrillo Flores Law Society, and honorary member of Alaniz & Alaniz Law Firm in Mexico City.


Justin Leavenworth

As an operations consultant in Latin America and Europe, Justin used the Developmental Model for Intercultural Sensitivity (DMIS) and the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) to help Fortune 500 companies and government agencies develop and facilitate media relations strategies, protocol systems, translation models, and cross cultural trainings.
Born in Mexico City, Mr. Leavenworth currently holds American and Mexican passports and speaks English, Spanish and French. A trained linguist and cultural anthropologist, Justin has lectured at the University of Pennsylvania, Fox School of Business, and consulted for The Foreign Policy Research Institute's Center for Terror, Counter-Terrorism and Homeland Security.
